How it Works:
- Requirement: Business owner must have an up to date business listing.
- Business owner purchases Directory Support Agent Support Request (BETA).
- Business owner creates a new email ticket containing the name of Niche Support Directory. (One (1) directory per request.)
- Business owner member account is added and the email ticket is updated notifying member.
- Business owner checks emails for ticket notifications to their chosen Niche Support Directory.
- Basically members are able to create and assign it to a Niche Support Directory, ie Coaching Support Agents.
- Every member of the Coaching Support Agents group receives and and is able to reply to this email inquiry.
- The email owner has sole discretion of whose email(s) to respond to.
- The chosen Business owner responds and works with the email owner until resolution of their inquiry.
